Five Life Lessons from my Driver

What a wonderful article Five life lessons from my driver. It encompasses many of my beliefs. Getting a degree only gives one a stepping stone into the working world. It is the work that one does that makes one a better person. The degree or certificate give a jump start and nothing more. Experience what hones one's skills and makes one better and better and what one is doing.
A MBA degree does not make one a "Manager". Only after years of managing people, and if the one is willing to learn, does one become a "MANAGER".
An engineering degree does not make one an Engineering. Only when one practices the profession does one become more proficient and becomes a real ENGINEER.
And this holds good for any profession.
I think I will read his (Prakash Iyer) book when it is released.
