Soon after the company was established recruitment started in earnest. The initial recruits were obviously from the Citicorp group, as Mr. Vishwanathan was from that company had maximum contacts there.
The projects came from JP Morgan and Philip Morris Internation as Mr. Mellinger had contacts there.
The company grew. The vision was to build a "World Class" Organization with people from multiple cultures and backgrounds. With this in background and with commitment to take in local population the company brought in people from the Caribbean, and mainly from India. There were a few from other countries like Sri Lanka and a few African companies.
It grew to 350 plus in a short period of less than an year.
