Radhika Vachani is a Yoga teacher who is also into meditation and has experienced the benefits of both.

In the book she outlines how she has benefited from the practice of Pranayama and Hata Yoga. She has stressed how a combination of both these sciences helps keep the body and mind in shape.

A good read.
