It is very easy for somebody to criticize others' decisions, esp in hindsight. This blog is not to defame anybody or any company for the decisions it took, but it does rankle when one thinks back and realises that although things were glaringly wrong and despite these errors being pointed out and suggestions being given to improve the situation, the management chose to ignore feeling that it knew more than the ones below them.
One hopes that this blog serves as a lesson for other such upcoming companies and prevents them from living in the clouds.
