Mr. Doug Mellinger is an American Entreprenuer who was running a company called PRT (Process Reengineering Technology) which was mainly getting poeple from other countries and placing them with companies in the US for software development and maintenance, in short the company was into what is popularly called as "Body Shopping". Maybe it should be termed as "Brain Shopping".
One fine day sometime in the mid 90's Mr. Melliger spoke to some poeple in J.P. Morgan and other such companies and it was suggested that instead of getting poeple over to the US why not outsource the work to a company run by Mr. Mellinger.
So began the hunt for a location which would suit everybody involved.
