My rating: 3 of 5 stars
The adventures of a Sherlock Holmes type protagonist. The books is a series of stories in which the protagonist solves one mystery after another with utmost ease. He is connected with every person in the British Parliament and all the other important figures. He has so much knowledge of everything and tremendous detection power that he solves all the unexplained phenomenon with utmost ease.
A journalist happens to meet this person on the banks of a river in a shallow canyon. A car jumps the edge of the canyon and crashes into the opposite side, killing the driver instantly. The journalist and the man who knew too much set about finding out why it happened. They get into a party of bigwigs where the man who knew too much knows many people. After a brief period of observation the man who knew too much solves the mystery of the crash.
From then on the journalist and the man go together with the man providing enough fodder for the journalist to keep him occupied and make him a popular journalist.
Not a great read but a good read.
