A must read for all the IT industry

Here is an article in the infoq website which is a must read for all the people in the IT industry. A very good description of how the projects should be developed.
The only catch is that level of developers for following a scrum process needs to be relatively high. The team selected should be the right team for the task.

See the first point in The Agile Manifesto "Individuals over Process". What in short it indicates is that one may create as good a process as possible, could be ISO could be SEI CMM could be any of the others. But what eventually matters is the individual in the team. The process only adds so much the eventual output from the team. It it is the individuals that determine the outcome.
