While reducing sentence of Mr. Sanjeev Nanda to two years the judge has observed that, although it was clear during the arguments that the accused was guily, due to lack of scientific evidence, he has had to take the decision he has taken. This means that Mr. Nanda is guilty, but because the technicalities were not properly done by the investigating authorities he is going free.
Who is to blame for this? The court which allowed adjuournments so that the case took nine years to close or the investigating authorities for having a done a shoddy work?
Was the shoddy work done one purpose or is it a norm? In either case it is a disaster for the country.

Here is another person in a similar situation as Mr. Nanda, publicly congratulating Mr. Nanda on his Facebook account (how the hell does Mr. Nanda maintain his Facebook account from Tihar?).

If this is the nature of things to come in India. God help India.
